Bród Ireland West LGBT Pride Parade

The LGBT Youth Group made a banner together for the Bród Ireland West LGBT Pride Parade, which made its way through the streets of Galway on Saturday the 25th of August. It was a fantastic afternoon, and those who weren’t comfortable marching in public still were able to be involved behind the scenes making the banner at group meetings in the weeks preceeding the parade.

After the parade the group relaxed at the Party In The Park which took place in Fr. Burke Park on Fr. Griffin road, and featured performances from a local all girl hip-hop dance group as well as some of Dublin’s Drag Queens.
