I agree with you there Sara, mental health is just so unbelievably important, its something I feel very strongly about on a personal level, and it should never be neglected or pushed aside ever because eventually it catches up with us, we all owe it to ourselves to look after our mental wellbeing. Just back from a workshop there tonight, What I am getting from it (amongst a lot of other stuff) is the importance of finding a balance in life...a challenge but a very possible thing to achieve if you put your mind to it :) </description>
