DOCUMENTARY:
Hey Everyone, there are a few opportunities to help with two different documentaries currently in progress:
1. We need people to be interviewed for our anti-homophobic bullying documentary!!!!!!!!!!! We are looking for individuals who have been affected by bullying. If you don’t want your face to be shown – that’s OK, we have ways of working around it. Please ask your friends and/or family if you think they may be interested. We need as many people as we can get, it’s a great opportunity to raise awareness about homophobic bullying, to get our point across, and to promote the importance of our group! The idea is that we can later show this 10 minute documentary in schools/community groups/and youth clubs. It’s you’re documentary, so please help us! 2. AMACH! (Galway’s LGBT community Group) have been granted the ID Film Project, and would like to get someone from shOUT! on board to be on the Sub-Committee for the documentary that they will be working on over the summer. If working behind the scenes and coming up with ideas for that project is more of your thing, please contact AMACH! at: PR@amachlgbt.com There will be a meeting about this on Friday, 25th June at 7pm in the VEC Office on Docks Street.
