Please Support Emma by filling out this survey!!

Calling all 16- 21 year olds who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Questioning!

We would like to hear about your experiences of messages that “It’s ok to be gay”. We know that some young people hear and see messages that it’s absolutely ok to be gay, and others don’t, and we would like to know more in order to better support other young people growing up.

Have you got 20 minutes to complete a survey?…

Being LGBT in Galway….

Hey shOUT!, this Saturday we’re going to have a special guest chat with the group about being LGBT in Galway over the years. Ever wondered what it was like to be LGBT in Galway before you were even born?  Have times really changed?  Did you know there were LGBT young people that met before  shOUT!’s creation?  Are you aware that homosexuality only became decriminalised in 1993 in Ireland?  Join us for a fun and friendly discussion.

shOUT! Entertainment news!!

Hi shOUT!,

we have new media in the shOUT! space and on Saturday we looked at how to set it up, we have home media entertainment set up and on Saturday we set up playlist from youtube and the shOUT! members helped with setting up the computer with Opera and faster internet sites (thanks for that!!)

hopefully we can use this new entertainment system to include a whole new dimension to shOUT! Saturdays (as lets be honest it was a little quiet? more lady Gaga??)

so if anyone has any ideas on setting up the laptop or have any ideas as to how to get the most from this media please let us know (no?)
